In a new initiative aimed at meeting the needs of various types of customers, Paltel launched its new website www.paltel.ps with a new look after developing it in a way that helps subscribers and meets their needs. The new version of the website is more user-friendly and has new features and information. The site came along with the Company’s continued efforts to develop its e-services to its clients taking into consideration the fact that the websites constitute a major means to communicate with the subscribers and the clients.
 
The website is considered one of Paletl’s vital services offered to its clients in both English and Arabic with all information that meet interests of subscribers and shareholders. Website information is diverse and covers Paltel news, services, offers, advertisements, in addition to the phone yellow pages services and other e-services; it is considered an informative means as well as a forum for citizens to express their views.
 
Mr. Ghassan Anabtawi, GM’s Assistant for Commercial and Marketing Affairs, said that the new site aims at reflecting the new policies of Paltel and its marketing strategic plan after launching Paltel Group. The new site is expected to act as an e-services center around the clock and facilitate communication with subscribers. Anabtawi continued that the new website holds the core of the old one with new growing rate of access day after day. The new site will represent a window for accessing subscribers’ comments and claims.
 
Ms. Sawsan Jaber, website supervisor said: “the website is simple with colorful pages that are easy to read with organized and reclassified content. The new website includes additional services such as easy search engine, the advertising films show for Paltel, FAQs corner, service center branches and photos, equipment, screens and backgrounds.
 
Flipping from Arabic to English interface and visa versa is easy. There exists also a possibility to place comments by clients and subscribers on a specific section.
