Paltel Group employees honored Dr. Abdul Malik AlJaber in an official celebration at the Ramallah Cultural palace. The celebration was attended by over 800 employees from Paltel Group: Paltel, Jawwal, Hadara and Palmedia. During the celebration, Palmedia presented a documentary film that marked Paltel Group achievements for the year 2005. The celebration was inaugurated by a welcoming speech of Mr. Bassam Walweel Chief Public and Investment Relations Officer. Walweel thanked the cadre of the Group stressing that all the achievements are results of what all people have done under the very difficult conditions and difficulties.

 

Edwards Said Musical Band played stunning pieces of music that commemorated Edwards Said’s philosophy. Mr. Bassam Walweel, Ganeral Managers, and Heads of Departments honored Dr. Abdul Malik AlJaber for his achievements during the past difficult circumstances. He led the Paltel Group to compete at the international level with big companies. Mr. Walweel handed a present to AlJaber on behalf of the Group employees. In his turn, Dr. AlJaber delivered an emotional speech that showed his deep love to all the workers of the Group. He thanked all the employees for their devotion and compassion to what they do. He described them as loyal soldiers. He thanked Mr. Sabih AlMasri and the board members for their valuable trust that was put in him.

 

At the end, AlJaber spoke about the Social Responsibility Fund describing the project as the closest to his heart because it represents devotion and a patriotic act. At the close of the celebration, Asayel Band performed a show entitled ALBAL YA HAIFA (Haifa in memory). The band also handed to Dr. AlJaber a present in appreciation of his continuous support to the Group that helped in disseminating the Palestinian tradition to the whole world.
