The Palestinian Telecommunications Company, Paltel, launched a campaign of gifts for the fixed phone line and the billing system under the slogan A line of gifts between your hands, as part of a Paltel strategy approved in 2010, aimed at increasing the number of subscribers for fixed line services in all governorates.
Mr. Rami Shamshoum, the Chief Commercial Officer of Paltel announced that the campaign includes a package with the following features, namely: A cordless phone, with an installation fee and 200 minutes of a local connection and service; Caller ID for two months; and a free joint monthly subscription which is provided on the first invoice.  The exemption will apply to the monthly subscription fees for the service provided by caller ID, where all of these features will be enjoyed by the subscriber for only 40 NIS.
Mr. Shamshoum also indicated that the company seeks to deliver fixed-line services to every part of Palestine, where Paltel deliberately created this unique campaign unique to provide fixed-line services to those who have not yet been able to take advantage of the features.  Now individuals can subscribe to the fixed line for home use and the commercial fixed line for small bills in order to stay in touch and connect with their families and loved ones.
Mr. Shamshoum stated that the campaign is in clear correlation with Paltel’s strategy  for 2010, a continuation of the company’s approach in working to serve its customers in providing what is new and unique.  This new strategy will ensure that the company stays in touch with its current and future subscribers through campaigns that are distinctive in upgrading the quality of services provided to participants, where the fixed line is the least expensive to connect to at home.  Such a campaign is characterized by the existence of a broad package of additional telephone services that will make life easier for the subscriber.
In addition, Mr. Shamshoun stated that the communication sought is to meet the needs of its customers and to keeps the contacts in meeting those needs, noting that the launch of this campaign, which is part of a series of distinctive services and campaigns, most recently the campaign Speak Locally Leisurely, which enables customers to make a local call for only 29 agorot regardless of the duration on the fixed line.
