Palestine Telecommunication Company Ltd (Paltel) opened its first sales and service center in Ezareea. The Center is equipped with up-to-date modern equipment to offer a variety of advanced well-rounded services ranging from selling telecommunication devices, Prepaid Phone Cards to other subscribers’ services all under one roof using accessible ways and mechanisms that meet subscribers’ needs in their areas of residence.
A new range of services will be offered to subscribers, like selling Telecommunication devices (telephones, faxes, digital Caller ID device, telephone with Caller ID device, and cellular phones), in addition to selling prepaid Phone Cards: (Ahlan international phone cards, payphone cards, in addition to Jawwal, and internet prepaid cards).
The center continues to provide comprehensive telecommunications services to its subscribers: phone line connections service, subscription to complementary services such as Automatic Recall service (41*), Automatic Callback to the last call service, Call Waiting service, Follow Me service (42*), Wake-up service (175), Conference Call service, Caller ID service, Call Reminder Service, Fast Dial-Up service, Voicemail service, and Toll Free Number service (144).
On this occasion, Palestine Telecommunication Company launched the commercial telephone lines connection discount campaign to cover: Ezareea, AbuDees, AlSheikh Saad, AlSawahreh AlSharqeieh, and AlZaim for a limited one week period covering March 6 through 11, 2004 whereby commercial and residential phone services become equal indicating a 67% discount offer. In addition, Paltel offered a brand-new telephone device for each residential or commercial subscriber to service.
Opening the center in Ezareea is a first step of a comprehensive program whereby its first phase aims at opening three other centers in Tulkarem, Ramallah and Gaza at a later stage.
