Ramallah - Mr. Ahmad Aweidah, General Manager at Paltel, met with the Commercial Department staff at the Grand Park Hotel in Ramallah. This meeting is based on the Paltel’s new policy of incorporating its employee’s ideas into its action. Department directors and heads of sections from different localities attended the meeting. Gaza employees were linked through video conferencing. At the meeting, the plan of actions for: Retail Sales, Customer Care, Marketing, and Institutions and Corporations sales directorates.

At the meeting, Mr. Aweidah explained the new policy that focuses on providing quality services and increasing sales. The attention paid to the commercial directorate is stemmed from Paltel’s deep belief that the role of this directorate is vital and positively contributes to the Company’s success. Aweidah added that the customers’ service is to be placed on top of the agenda. Paltel seeks to provide best quality services to its customers at competitive prices.

At the end of the meeting, attendants were invited to lunch. A symbolic Feast of Sacrifice gifts (Wallet marked Paltel logo) were distributed to employees.
