Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Abdelnaser Altibi, an accomplished financial expert. Since 2021, he has been the Chief Financial Officer of Paltel Group, where he oversees finances, admin, and procurement, and shapes the company's plans.

One of his major achievements was managing the transfer of real estate assets and investments from the Palestinian Telecommunications Company to Arkaan Real Estate. He worked on setting up Arkaan, getting it listed on the Palestine Exchange, and fairly sharing its shares among Paltel's investors. This was one of the largest financial deals in Palestine's history.

As a top executive, he's played a key role in converging the administrative and operational aspects of the Group's companies, which is considered the most significant milestone in the Group's history.

With over 14 years of experience in financial management, analysis, auditing, and accounting, Mr. Altibi's journey has been rich. He previously worked as a financial controller at Paltel Group and as an auditor at Ernst & Young in Ramallah.

Mr. Altibi is also involved in governing several Paltel Group subsidiaries. He is the Vice Chairman of the Board for the National Electronic Payment Company (Jawwal Pay) and the Palestinian Electronic Sports Federation. He was also a board member at the National Bank.

He has a degree in accounting from Birzeit University and holds respected financial certifications like Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). These certifications reflect his commitment to financial excellence.
