·“Beit Al 3iz” offers free calling minutes between family members up to 1,800 free minutes on monthly basis.

·Control the children’s call destinations and monthly  Allowance

·Bait Al 3iz members will have discounted rate for calling minute between family members once the free minutes are used.

 



 

To subscribe in Bait Al 3iz

     

The main line “Parent 1” has to be active on one of MIX’s plans.

·Visit one of Jawwal’s showrooms to add “Bait Al 3iz” service and buy lines for the children or change their current lines to the children’s plans.

·Only first-degree relatives can be registered to “Bait Al 3iz” plan under the name and ID number of the head of the family (holder of line Parent 1); the needed identification documents need to be provided.

·If the line “Parent 1” is activated under one of Corporate MIX’s plans, an authorization is needed from the account SPOC it follows to subscribe to “Bait Al 3iz” plan.

·Monthly subscription fee is 68.70NIS, VAT not included; you can enjoy a 25% discount on subscription fee to the service until 30/6/2014.

·The Original service fees will automatically renewed once the launching offer ends.

Details for free minutes within “Bait Al 3iz”:

 

·“Bait Al 3iz” offers free calling minutes between family members up to  1800 calling minutes for each family on monthly basis. In addition, the children’s plans will have discounted rate for calling minute between family members once the free minutes are used.

·Please note that free minutes within “Bait Al 3iz” are dedicated for calls within the family only; charging is based on minutes from the first minute.

     

 Details for “Bait Al 3iz” balance for external calls:

·The head of the family (holder of the line Parent 1) can control and determine calls for the children and limit them to within the family or towards any destination; in addition to determining the monthly allowances that each of the family members can use from the family’s “Bait Al 3iz” monthly balance, by visiting one of Jawwal’s showrooms or through “My Account”.

·(Parent 1) can add balance to the family’s portfolio at any time and with any value by calling the free number *706# and identifying the value that needs to be Transferred.

·The allowed balance for each of the family member can be determined as follows:

No monthly balance, which means that the individual can only make calls toward the family members from the free minutes (1800 minutes).

 

1. 20NIS on monthly basis

2. 50NIS on monthly basis

3. 100NIS on monthly basis

Open balance with a limit of 2000NIS on monthly basis

 

·The head of the family can request to change the allowed balance or re-grant the same allowed balance by visiting one of Jawwal’s show rooms or through “My Account”; please note that changing the allowed balance can happen during any time of the month.

 

 

·(Parent 1) can transfer balance to any of the children’s Main balance or (Parent 2) main balance by calling the short number *706#, to enable them to use the services and destinations that cannot be used through “Bait Al 3iz” monthly  allowances, which are:

 

·MMS & GPRS

·National and international roaming

·Added services

·Charged Call center 111 and short numbers

·Receive calls on the subscriber’s expense ”call collect”

·Details for controlling “Bait Al 3iz” through “My Account” site:

·Determine the monthly  allowance for each member

·Change the limit on the allowed balance

·Re-grant the same balance’s value within the same month

·Inquire about “Bait Al 3iz” remaining free minutes

·Inquire about the remaining allowance for each of the family members’ numbers from “Bait Al 3iz” monthly balance.

·Parent 1 can also control and change the balance for each of the family members by visiting one of Jawwal’s showrooms.


Additional General Notes

 

 

·A copy of the IDs for those who are older than 16 years and the father/mother’s ID’s extensions or the birth certificates for those who are younger than 16 years must be provided.

 

 

·Maximum and minimum numbers of lines within the family is as follows:

 

·Parent 2 under “Kol il Nas” plan –maximum 1

·Individuals within the new children plan –  children: minimum 1 and maximum 9

·The number of lines including (Parent 1, Parent 2 and children) must not exceed 11 lines and cannot be under 3 lines.

·There won’t be migration fee to the members of “Bait Al 3iz”; the family members within the new children’s plan can add “A’az Ba’eed” service, as each number can choose one “A’az Ba’eed” number and make calls toward this number with a rate of 1NIS, VAT not included.

·If one of the family members is roaming in Jordan on Zain Network (Ahel service) members in Bait Al 3iz  can call him from the free minutes of Bait Al 3iz  and , and 0.18NIS, VAT not included, will be added to each calling minute.

·When making calls from “Parent 1” towards the bait Al 3iz members, the minutes will be firstly deducted from the free minutes; once they are used, they will be deducted from the plan’s minutes.

·When making calls from “Parent 1” line towards numbers outside Bait Al 3iz members, the minutes will be deducted from the plan’s minutes.
