·Voice mailbox: listen to received messages; you can save 10 messages for a period of 10 days.

·Personal greeting: You can greet callers with your own voice, as you can record one personal greeting message with your voice.

·Message alerts: you will receive a SMS each time you receive a voicemail.

·All Jawwal subscribers can benefit from this package free of charge and with no subscription fees.

 

Business Package:

·Voice mailbox: listen to received messages; you can save 10 messages for a period of 10 days.

·Personal greeting: You can greet callers with your own voice, as you can record up to five personal greeting messages with your voice.

·Message alerts: you will receive a SMS each time you receive a voicemail.

·Fax service: this service enables you to send and receive fax messages through your Jawwal.

 

Rates:

·All Jawwal subscribers can benefit from the basic package for free and with no subscription fees

·Only postpaid subscribers can benefit from this package with monthly subscription fees of 6NIS (VAT included)

·It is free of charge to listen to voice messages (through calling *155 or 059155000)

·During national and international roaming and from any place in the world, call +970599578903 or +972599578903 to access your voice mailbox; the call is charged according to a regular phone call rate.

·Monthly subscription fees for this service are found in the bill under the “Miscellaneous” Item.

·Call a subscriber who forwarded his/her calls to voice mail from a fax machine, follow the instructions and then press “start” to send the fax.

From postpaid to prepaid :

 

·Credit transferred amount must be of these choices:10, 20,30,40, 50 ,60,70,80,90,100 only.

·More than 100 NIS can't be transferred at one time.

·Transferring credit to a prepaid credit card, won't increase the credit card's validity.

·Fees for using this service are 1 NIS (each time amount is transferred), which will be subtracted from receiver's account.

·Example: If 50 NIS is transferred at one time from postpaid to prepaid user, prepaid user will receive 49 NIS , as for postpaid user's bill

 

How to use the service?

 

·You may call 1555 and follow IVR instructions ,or send sms to 1277 . Sms form should be as the following :

·The Jawwal number amount will be transferred to # Transferred amount # secret digits

Example: 059****** #40#0000

 

·You will then receive a message to confirm you that process was completed successfully , a message will be also sent to the credit amount receiver announcing that he received the transferred amount.

·To get your secret digits, please call 1555 or send Sub to 1277.

Note:- Jawwal won't be responsible if transferring the amount to a wrong number, so please make sure that the number entered is right.


Aaz Tnien

Calling Jawwal & Paltel numbers costs you only 0.09 NIS per minute. ,All for 9 NIS monthly.

 

·Aaz Tnein service enables you to call any two selected numbers at special prices.

·Calling Jawwal and Paltels only costs you NIS 0.09 per minute

·To subscribe to this service call the toll free number 1122 provided for the company's authorized personnel.

·Fees of changing any selected number are 5 NIS.

·The discount on the selected numbers starts after consuming the free airtime of chosen plan.

·Subscribers will be charged when calling other than the two selected numbers, according to the minute rate of their main package.

·All above prices are in NIS and exclude VAT.

The service is available for free to all postpaid subscribers, it notifies them with their missed incoming calls through SMS in the following cases:

·When Turning off the handset or running out of battery

·When Out of service or network failure

·When Calls are diverted to voicemail

To subscribe or renew service:
For postpaid subscribers who did not receive SMS indicating the free activation of the service and those who cancelled the service and want to reactivate with no cost, send the word “SUB” through SMS to the short number 37171; or through calling the toll-free number 15100; or through *111#, enter “My Services” list.
To cancel subscription to the service:
Send the word “UNSUB” through SMS to the short number 37171; or through calling the toll-free number 15100; or through *111#, entering the “My Services” list. The subscriber will receive SMS to confirm the cancellation of subscription.
Price of sending one SMS to the short number 37171 is 0.32NIS (VAT included)


Aaz Baeed

Call 3 selected international numbers for 1 NIS per minute

 

Jawwal's business subscribers may now call their three selected international numbers at very special prices…Talk more and control your bill.

Subscription conditions:

 

·To be able to use this service," International Call service" should be activated for you.

·This service isn't available while roaming locally and internationally.

·The chosen numbers shouldn't be of Thuraya's or Anmar Sat networks.

·You cannot remove any chosen number but you can change it.
The chosen numbers could be either mobile or fixed line numbers.

 

Observations:

·To choose or change Aaz Baeed selected numbers, please call 1122 for Company's authorized personnel or visit any Jawwal's showrooms.

·Cost per minute to any selected international numbers is 1 NIS.

·Fees of changing the selected international numbers are 5 NIS.

·Process of changing the selected international number will be accomplished within 48 hours.

·All above prices are in NIS ,excluding VAT.


Twin SIM

You can now benefit from 2 SIM cards with the same Jawwal number that will allow you to make and receive calls from both at the same time.

·Caller will hear your Ring back Tone even if the main SIM Card was switched off.

·Caller will not hear any announcement in case the MCN is active and main line is out of reach..

·You may cancel receiving calls on your secondary SIM by calling the toll free number 15131 and reactivate it by calling 15121.

We are pleased to offer you free months based on the number of lines of your account. This is part of a special offer that guarantees taking advantage of free subscriptions up to five months according to the number of lines subscribing to the service bundle provided by Jawwal for corporate sector.

 

A special service matrix was prepared to be provided to the corporate sector as an expression of our appreciation to you and our constant quest to present the best services suiting your business requirements.

 

This is part of our policy to maintain the corporate sector. In addition, a special service matrix was prepared to be provided to different corporations included in a special offer that guarantees taking advantage of free subscriptions up to five months according to the number of lines subscribing to the service bundle in consideration of signing commitment agreement for 24 months.

 

Services included in the offer:

·Closed User Group service (GUG).

·BlackBerry service.

·The internet bundles.

·Fleet Management. Please take notice that the service is only available in the West Bank and it will be soon in Gaza.

 

The previously mentioned services will be provided to corporations included in a special offer guaranteeing the corporate sector benefiting from free subscriptions up five months according to the number of lines subscribing to the service.

*This category does not include the CUG service.

The free months will be given to every line at the beginning of the commitment period. Moreover, the discount matrix will apply after granting the current discounts which depend on the number of lines subscribing to the CUG service or the number of lines subscribing to other services such as Vehicle Management.

 

 

Conditions:

·Commitment agreement will apply to the service subscription for 24 months.

·The corporation lines that will benefit from the offer will be calculated according to the number of lines subscribing to the service at the time of signing the commitment agreement and not on the total number of lines.

·The free months will be given to every line at the beginning of the commitment period.

·The free months are calculated in relation to the number of lines as of the date of subscription to the offer.

·If any of the lines suspends using the service, it will be charged for the fees of the free period it benefited from.(for example, if a company benefited from the free-four- month offer, but the lines were suspended after three months, the lines would be charged for the subscription fees for three months only).

·If the corporation adds a new number after signing the agreement, the new number will benefit from the offer of the free months upon the total number of the whole lines, and the old lines will continue to enjoy the offer (for example, a corporation subscribed in the CUG service with 18 lines which benefited from two free months. After a while, this corporation added five new lines to the service. So, the new lines would benefit from the free three months and the old 18 lines would benefit only from the two free months' offer).

·If the same account has Mix and Post paid subscribers to the CUG service, the total number of lines subscribing to the service will include both subscribers.

·The free months will be granted upon the number of lines subscribing to the service regardless of their classification (if there are subscribers to the 5 MB internet bundle and other subscribers to the 100 MB internet bundle, all services will be calculated together).

·If a subscriber transfers to another plan which provide the service the subscriber is committed to, the service will not be suspended and the subscriber will not be charged for any fees. In addition, the Service Commitment will continue to be active.

·If a subscriber transfers to another plan which does not provide the service the subscriber is committed to, the service will be suspended and the subscriber will be charged for the amount of discount he/she enjoyed.

·On requesting the service, the subscriber and the delegate should sign a model of Service Commitment including the period of commitment amounting to 24 months and all conditions.

·The service encompasses Postpaid and Mix lines.

·If a number of lines subscribes to the service without adhering to the service commitment, the system will calculate the lines subscribing to the service.

·Temporary suspension does not affect the service commitment.

·subsciption to offer ends on 31/12/2014 .

1. Basic Package

Package features:

·Voice mailbox: listen to received messages; you can save 10 messages for a period of 10 days.

·Personal greeting: You can greet callers with your own voice, since you can record one personal greeting message with your voice.

·Message alerts: you will receive an SMS each time you receive a voicemail.

·Please note that all Jawwal subscribers can benefit from this package free of charge and without subscription fees.

Package features (in addition to the features received in the Basic Package):

·Voice mailbox: listen to received messages; you can save 10 messages for a period of 10 days.

·Personal greeting: You can greet callers with your own voice, since you can record up to five personal greeting messages with your voice.

·Message alerts: you will receive an SMS each time you receive a voicemail.

·Fax service: this service enables you to send and receive fax messages through your Jawwal.

·Please note that only postpaid subscribers can benefit from this package with monthly subscription fees of 6NIS (VAT included).

 

 

Important Notes

Important Notes :

·A minute rate for listening to the incoming messages has been reduced 75% for prepaid customers and around 50% to postpaid customers, a minute rate for listening:

·NIS 0.10, VAT included for prepaid customers.

·NIS 0.085 , VAT excluded for postpaid customers.

·The price for listening to the voice messages will be listed under calls originating from Jawwal to Jawwal.

·Monthly fees for the service will be referred under "Miscellaneous" item

 

Important observations:

·Dial *155 to listen to voicemail.

·Change your PIN number as soon as you receive it .

·To receive help while you are inside your voicemail press **

Guidelines for using fax features in voicemail

First: How to send fax messages:

 

If you are a Business Package subscriber:

·You can send the fax if it was inside your mailbox, through forwarding it by pressing 7 as the following :

·Call *155 from your mobile.

·Enter your voice mail PIN number.

·Once you are inside your personal voicemail box, you will be notified that you have a fax message, you will also be informed of the different options to forward it to the number you want by pressing 7.

 

If you are a Business Plus Package subscriber:

You can send the fax through one of the following ways:

 

·Forwarding it directly from your mailbox by pressing 7 in the following way.

·Call *155 from your mobile.

·Enter your voice mail PIN number.

·Once you are inside your personal voicemail box you will be notified that you have a fax message, you will also be informed of the different options to forward it to the number you want by pressing 7.

   

Entering Jawwal website for accessing your voicemail online through the internet as follows:

 

·Go to Jawwal electronic website www.jawwal.ps , My Account.

·Register your access to Online services page by entering your mobile number and the PIN number specific to online services.

·Select Voicemail Services, VMS, symbol listed among the activated services list, then click the Enter symbol.

·Click on the symbol for the electronic voicemail services.

·You will enter the electronic page particular to managing your voicemail services through the internet.

·Enter your voicemail account PIN number, then click on Enter .

·Select Create new from the list shown on top of the page.

 

·Enter the mobile number/numbers you want to send the fax message to.

·Type the subject name in the designated area.

·Type the subject you want in the square area shown on the page.

·Click on the Browse button and select the file you want to send in the form of a fax message, for example: Image, Word document, or any document saved on your computer through the use of a scanner.

·After selecting the file, click on Attach file.

 

·Click on Send to send your fax message.

To listen to your voicemail from any place in the world while international roaming , dial +970259155000 or 00970222968155.
Please note that listening to your voicemail while roaming costs you as an international call to Palestine from the country you are roaming in.

Conference call

Call 5 people at the same time

This service allows you to call up 5 people at the same time. To use this service, your handset should support the conference call features .This service is offered for free and is activated by default to all postpaid subscribers; please note that the rate of the minute depends on the subscriber’s plan.

 

To use Conference Call Service:

·Call the first person

·While the first person is on the line , call second person and press ok, which will put the first person's call on hold

·To connect both of them ,press 3 then ok

·Follow the same steps to add more people.


Call divert

This service is very useful...if you don’t want to miss a call

when...

·Your phone is unreachable or turned off.

·Your line is busy.

·You don't like to answer any call.

·Divert all incoming calls with no conditions.

You may forward your calls to any number you choose or to your voice mail...


Call barring

This service allows you to restrict certain incoming and outgoing calls if you need to

With a soft dual beep tone, you will know that someone is trying to call you while you are on the phone. Choose either to ignore the call, take it or end it

ID presentation

ID presentation:

Are you busy and you don't want to answer?…Do you need to know what to say before you answer ….Jawwal made it easier for you….now you can view caller ID.

This service is provided for FREE to postpaid and prepaid subscribers.


Call hold

Call hold :

Call Hold lets you put your current call on hold and set up a second call and then toggle between two parties.

This service is provided by for FREE to postpaid subscribers only


Closed User Group

Do you need to make lots of phone calls to your group members? Now you can make calls within your selected group for 30 NIS per month.

This service enables employees of the same company to stay in closer contact, enhancing their efficiency and productivity.

 

Features:

·This service is available for new and current "Safaqat" and Corporate plans' subscribers.

·The minimum number of lines that allows subscribing to this service is 10 lines.

·The company benefiting from this service is entitled to choose its land-line number ( PalTel) as one of the numbers within the closed group. Calls made to this number by the group members are for free after the consumption of free minutes.

·Closed User Group’s numbers are the numbers of the company which they are accredited by Jawwal.

·Calls made to Jawwal numbers within the Closed User Group are not deducted from the free airtime minutes.

·Monthly subscription fees vary according to the number of company’s lines.

 

Discount on monthly subscription fees is related to company activated lines as shown in table below:-

Notes:

·You can benefit from both packages for international calls and for calling other networks during the same time.

·You can add, cancel or change a package in any day during the month.

·Changing from one package to another is free of change.

·Subscribers can select only one package from the same type, for one time during the month.

·After the free minutes are used, charges will be based on the original rate in the subscriber’s current plan.

·Charging for minutes within a package is in minutes and from the first minute.

·Calls towards the selected numbers within “A’az Ba’eed” service are within the package’s minutes.

·Minutes within the package are not cumulative; i.e. they do not roll over to the next billing cycle if they are not used.

·To benefit from the international packages, please add the international calling service according to the terms and policies.

·When making international calls while national and international roaming, charging is not within the international calls’ package.

·When subscribing to the service, the related minutes and fees will be relatively calculated based on the subscription date until the end of the billing cycle of that month with advanced fees.

·The fees of this service will show on the bill under the item “Added Services” with its monthly fees.

·When changing from one package to another, the remaining minutes from the old package are cancelled, and the minutes of the new package will be used.

·You can change to one of the postpaid plans and meet the terms to benefit from the package.

·When changing the package during the month, the fees of the new package will show on the following bill.

·After notifying the subscribers, Jawwal can make adjustments to the services and their fees, plans and their definitions and to the subscription’s terms to these services and plans.

How to subscribe to the packages:

MIX subscribers can subscribe to the packages by calling 15197 or by sending an SMS containing “Buy1” to receive a package with 35 minutes or “Buy2” to receive a package with 80 minutes to the number 37771.

Notes:

·Local networks include Wataniya Mobile and Israeli cellular and fixed lines.

·Charging unit within a package is in minutes; after the package’s minutes are used, the rate goes back to the calling minutes’ original rate.

·You can benefit from the package after activation, which will be confirmed through an SMS to inform you that the service has been activated.

·You can benefit from the package more than once within a month.

·The validity of the package is 30 days from the day it is received.

·Subscription to the package is not automatically renewed.

·You can benefit from the free minutes even after changing from one plan to another.

· To inquire about the remaining minutes, please call *059*11#.
